The park has a limited amount of homes. Gated entry and totally fenced. There are several small jets in the park Cessna Citations – old military jets, so the runway can handle them and the hangar can handle more than one. There are several people who have car collections or antique cars, boats, trucks, etc. It is certainly a diverse and friendly neighborhood! Safe and a nice place to raise children. North Fort Myers Fire Station is adjacent to airpark. Public's Supermarket & Pharmacy, China Wok (great Chinese) doctor offices, physical therapy office, shipping shack, The Brunch Place restaurant, Public's Liquor Store and B or A Bank are all in Public's Shopping Plaza less than 1 mile from airpark. Two gas stations are 1.5  mile away. Three golf courses are within 1-3 miles. The Gulf coast access is within 25 minutes!
